In many cases, yes! Our goal is to help you find the best repair option, from fixing it yourself to getting repair help in your local community or finding a professional.

A good place to start is our repair options page, where you can find community repair options, self-repair guidance and much more. If you’d like to know whether an item can be fixed at a particular repair event, you’ll need to contact the event organiser (see below).

Who should I contact about an event listed on your website?

The repair events listed on our website are generally run by independent community groups. If you have a question about a particular event, you’ll need to contact the organisers directly. You can usually find contact details on the page for the event.

How can I list my community group’s repair events on your website?

Any community group that runs repair events for the public is welcome to list events on our website. To get started, sign up to our community platform, Once registered, you can add your group and start listing events. Plus you’ll get access to all our other tools, helping you measure your impact, connect with other organisers and repairers and more.

Do you accept donations of devices?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept donated devices. If you would like to donate a laptop, phone, tablet or other digital device, check our directory of digital access organisations that can help.
