Description
On arrival a member of the Repair Cafe will chat with you about your repair and complete a registration form for your item. If it can't be looked at on the day they will arrange for it to be looked at by one of the repair volunteers to see if it can be repaired.
If there is going to be a cost to make the repair, such as for new parts, you will be contacted by the repairer in advance for this to be agreed with you. You will be contacted to arrange collection.
