Description

We are not wishing the summer away ….but in case people are out of touch over August we are getting things together for the next Hackney Fixers event in September.

Bridget is hosting and James will be collecting laptop donations.

It was great to have an excellent turn out of familiar faces and new volunteers at the last event.

This will be an indoor event.Nearest train statio is Stoke Newington and nearest tube is Manor House which is 20 min walk away. You can get a bus part the way from the tube (141 or 341) down Green Lanes. There is no parking at the school and slightly difficult to navigate round the low traffic neighbourhood.

If you can volunteer to come help other people repair their broken items please sign up to volunteer on this site. The event starts at 11am, please come at 10.45 to help set up.

if you have something broken you want help to repair then look out for the Eventbrite link coming later, which will be on the Hackney Council site. (Signing up here will not book you a slot, and unfortunately it can cause confusion on whether we have enough volunteers to repair).

If you want to come join us for any other reason, you are very welcome, then just email us at [email protected]
