This August we’ll be at Bridgend Farmhouse, a unique community centre, cafe and events space in South Edinburgh, for an afternoon of mending and repair!
Our volunteers will be on hand to help you repair your broken electrical, electronic and mechanical devices such as toys, small electricals, laptops, lamps… we’ll also have a bicycle repair workshop and fabrics mending – please contact us beforehand to confirm details.
So if you’ve got something that you want to fix, you can email us at [email protected] to confirm suitability and to reserve your place. Or just turn up on the day and we’ll take a look.
Last repairs will be accepted at 4.30pm to allow time to finish up. To make our events fair to everyone, we ask that you only bring one item for repair.

We encourage you to use Public transport or active travel means; the venue has extremely limited parking and is a 5 minute walk from the Cameron Toll shopping centre.
