Advance booking is required – only one item per person please – up to three weeks before the event to make sure we have relevant repairers on hand.
Once booked on, you’ll be sent an arrival time slot to minimise waiting – but teas, coffees and good company will, we hope, make your visit a great experience.
We consistently mend over 50% of items brought in, our best fix rate is 80%. Please note – we are not The Repair Shop – we avoid valuable family heirlooms and have a maximum of 45 mins for each fix.
