Description

We are holding a Repair Cafe as part of the Community Cafe at St John’s Church, Harborne. This is the last of the season and we plan to reopen in 2024.

This is still a fairly new event, but so far we have been able to repair quite a number of different things including a fan heater, a desk lamp, a toaster and a massage chair. We’ve also been able to advise on mobile phones, digital cameras, clocks and items of furniture.

Obviously we can’t promise to repair everything, but we can promise to have a good look and do what we can, hopefully share some knowledge and a cup of tea as we do so.

So if you have a broken appliance, electrical or electronic device please bring it along and we’ll see how we can help. All our work is free of charge, and offered as service to the community by St John’s Church.

The cafe is open from 10:30am to 12:30pm, and do please come even if you don’t have anything to repair, as there will be tea, cakes and community!
