Camberwell Repair Café

The Camberwell Repair Café is a UAL student-led effort to promote repair culture in our throwaway society. The initiative seeks to raise awareness about the reusability of everyday objects, encourage the re-appraisal of existing items, and establish a culture of repair among students and the wider community. By encouraging repair and reuse, the initiative helps to reduce the number of items sent to landfills and promotes a more sustainable lifestyle.

Camberwell Repair Café has a broader mission to build a sustainable and socially responsible future by promoting a circular economy, reducing waste and optimising carbon footprint, and creating a more climate-resilient community.
