Volunteers at a Restart Party fixing devices, cropped on hands

Description

Hey Repair Revolutionaries!

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and join us for the Repair Revolution! This autumn, we’re bringing together our community of repair superheroes to fix broken treasures and breathe new life into beloved items.

Bring along your broken items:

Got a bike with a wobbly wheel? A toaster that’s lost its spark? Don’t toss them out—bring them along! Our team of volunteer repairers will be on hand to mend bikes, electronics, clothes, toys, and more, all for free or by koha.

Calling all repairers:

Are you handy with a wrench, a needle, or a soldering iron? Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, we need your skills! Join our team of repair superheroes and help us make a difference in our community. Sign up here  https://docs.google.com/…/1FAIpQLSfzeG5wFa2IYP…/viewform

Join us for a day of community, camaraderie, and care. While you wait for your treasures to be restored, enjoy a fun-filled atmosphere with games and activities. Head next door to Rhyme X Reason for a cold one with a spot of kai.

Connect with neighbours, learn new skills, and be a part of something truly special.

Spread the word and invite your friends. Let’s make mending magic happen together!

The Repair Revolution is part of the Resourceful Communities project, proudly supported by Queenstown Lakes District Council Zero Waste District Programme.
