Restart @school session 1: The environmental impact of gadgets
We’ve started our ten-week enrichment project with Archer Academy students in north London. For our first session, we met the students and delved into what motivates us to take action.

Starting restart in schools
This month, we will begin a ten-session enrichment programme with students at the Archer Academy, a school in North London. We will start with a dive into why we need to change our relationship with electronic and get hands-on.

We need your support!
We’re small but we’re growing to help push for better products, based on our experience helping people fix electronics in communities. Please support us to bring higher-level change

Restarting with educators and students
We are looking to work with institutions and educators who can help us find appropriate ways to catalyse restarting within schools. A school in New York kicked things off, and now we are talking with two schools in London about collaboration in 2016.

Communicating the impact of our gadgets to students and young people
This week, we were really excited to deliver our first lesson remotely to a classroom in Chicago. Our lesson really provokes students to think about the material aspects of the internet and our digital culture. Students were very engaged.
