We’re looking for trustees
Trustees will help consolidate and grow our work, becoming a sustainable organisation that turns grassroots energy and momentum into system-level change . We are looking for up to three people to join the Board of Trustees, one with financial management experience. Candidates under the age of 25 are encouraged to apply.

Restarting with educators and students
We are looking to work with institutions and educators who can help us find appropriate ways to catalyse restarting within schools. A school in New York kicked things off, and now we are talking with two schools in London about collaboration in 2016.

How to run a Restart Party at a school
This guest post is written by Jeannie Crowley, who we met at Mozfest. She is the Director of Technology at Ethical Culture Fieldston School in the Bronx, New York. She took the initiative of running the first school Restart Party, to fix decommissioned Chromebooks.

Reasons to fix and to support our community fixing
Earlier this year, Restarters and participants at a Restart Party in Camden shared why they love our events. Three UCL Material Cultures masters students facilitated, and talented photographer Heather Agyepong took these photos.

Restarter Profile: Meet Philip
Meet Philip, a Restarter who was a VSO volunteer after degrees in electrical engineering and computer science. Then he went on to work in IT. Now he’s busy in his retirement volunteering and singing.
