Normally on International Repair Day we run a large Restart Party, to celebrate the day together with as many of our volunteers as possible. This year, on 17 October we invite Londoners to help us celebrate the independent repair shops who help us all stay connected, especially during lockdown.
Restarters in London definitely earned a quiet Christmas holiday. As well as taking fixing activity to Parliament and the Greater London Assembly we ran events in libraries, community centres and church halls across 14 London boroughs, on all points of the compass.
Through December, you can join us on our virtual tour bus round 14 London boroughs. Our Restart the Capital tour of London, supported by Recycle for London is taking us to new places, as well as to old friends who regularly run Restart Parties in their community.
