Description

Things at home you want to get fixed? Want to avoid throwing them away? Join us for a cake and a drink in the upstairs room at Sherwood Methodist Church where our band of volunteer Fixers will get you involved in repairing your broken household items. Depending on the volunteers on the day, we will be repairing small electricals, bikes, jewellery, knitwear & clothing. Keep in touch via Facebook to find out which fixes are available on the day.

We are a voluntary organisation and the event is free to attend. Donations are welcome to keep our group going.

Want to get involved? We are always keen to have new Fixers, organisers and cake bakers on board. Get in touch: [email protected]

Nottingham Fixers

The rejuvenated Nottingham Fixers are a band of volunteers who want to change the culture from 'if it's broken then chuck it', to 'if it's broken let's fix it.' And we like to have a cuppa and cake while we're doing it!
